Mr. Benedetti joined NNB in November of 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer and also serves on the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Benedetti began his radio career from in local sales at KBPI in Denver. From 1995-2002, he had a successful 8-year career with Citadel Broadcasting where he held positions of increasing responsibility beginning as a Local Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Vice-President/General Manager and culminating as President of the Western Region for 4 1/2 years immediately preceding his move to NNB.

During his career, Benedetti has managed the operation of over 115 stations in 21 Western markets with diverse geographic and cultural influences ranging from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Fairbanks, Alaska. He has developed a reputation and track record for operating successful radio stations by attracting, training, recruiting and retaining successful managers and employees. His addition to NNB has brought a fresh new energy, structure and culture to the company.

He holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and BS from the University of Wyoming. From 1987 to 1990 he ran a successful small advertising specialty company in Kansas City. Mr. Benedetti is a member The Young Presidents’ Organization (Pacific Northwest Chapter) and serves on the Radio Board (District 25) of the National Association of Broadcasters.
